Wrong Number

This online poll nailed my personality, but the number is quite too small. Multiply it by 3 and then it's perfect!

You Are the Peacemaker

9

You are emotionally stable and willing to find common ground with others.

Your friends and family often look to you to be the mediator when there is conflict.

You are easy going and accepting. You take things as they come.

Avoding conflict at all costs, you're content when things are calm.

One Year Old!

This past week, our lovely daughter turned one year old. What a year it has been! If you'd like to hear about her latest endeavors, head over to Emily's Blog.

Emily's youth makes me think back to mine. Her affinity for remote controls reminds me of the first remote control I recall as a kid. It was a big silver rounded rectangular cube with three buttons -- one yellow and two white. The yellow button was the On/Off switch and the white ones changed channels. [We had to get out of our chair to tweak the volume.]

I remember playing with my Matchbox Car Garage, turning the handle to make the elevator go up and down whilst dinging the bell. This action actually served as a channel changer as well. Now THAT was a 'Clicker.'

Today's random story is brought to you by the number 1 and the letters E and A.
